Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 200 g of oat flour
  • 150 ml of plant-based drink with no added sugar
  • 1 date (optional for sweetening)
  • Cocoa and hazelnut cream

  • Instructions

    Step 1: Prepare the dough

Mash the bananas until you have a smooth puree. If you decide to use dates, remove the pits and add them to the mixture for a touch of natural sweetness. In another bowl, mix the oat flour with the mashed banana. Add the plant-based milk little by little until you get a smooth batter. This is the base for the oat and banana muffins.

    Step 2: Fill the molds

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fill the muffin tins ¾ full with the batter.

Step 3: Add the cocoa cream

Add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa spread to the top of each muffin. This step will add an extra touch of flavor and make your banana oat muffins even more irresistible.

    Step 4: Bake

Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan.
